Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA), upon full milestone settlement, all custom source code, documentation, and design assets developed for a client are assigned exclusively to that client.

Warranties & Guarantees

We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty covering defect remediation for delivered software components, provided the codebase has not been modified by unverified third parties.
